On 29 March 2023, a joint press conference by Civil7, Science7, and Think7 was held at FCCJ, titled “Japan and the G7 process – More than meets the eye.” Mariko Kinai (World Vision Japan) of the C7 Steering Committee was on the stage and introduced C7 activities as well as the significance of the G7 Engagement Groups. There were some 15 media reporters to cover the press conference.
